Antuan Scott is a nationally recognized leader at the intersection of technology, equity, and community development. As Secretary and Chief Innovation Officer of the Mrs. Renee Association Foundation (MRAF), he leads strategic operations and technology-driven growth with a focus on Smart Growth principles, including sustainability, resilience, mobility, and equitable infrastructure planning.
With over two decades of experience in information technology, nonprofit governance, and public-sector systems design, Antuan has architected transformative digital platforms such as MRAF-Connect, a data-informed community engagement hub, and the Policy Package Generator, a compliance automation tool streamlining nonprofit capacity building.
He is the principal designer of MRAFβs digital-first service ecosystem leveraging tools like Salesforce NPSP, ArcGIS, and AI-driven community surveys to integrate performance tracking, geospatial equity analysis, and community-led planning across all program areas. These tools power MRAFβs work in food systems, youth development, emergency preparedness, and energy justice.
A committed advocate for place-based development, Antuan is currently leading the technical planning and stakeholder integration for the Turner Station Marketplace, a Smart Growth-aligned infrastructure project focused on food access, workforce development, green building, and circular economy solutions. His work has catalyzed multi-sector partnerships with universities, municipalities, and climate-tech firms to promote just, scalable models for low-income and historically underserved communities.
Antuanβs leadership has positioned MRAF as a high-capacity nonprofit ready to steward federal and philanthropic investment in resilience, digital transformation, and inclusive economic development. He is deeply rooted in the Turner Station community, where he continues to empower local residents through innovation, opportunity, and legacy preservation.
