A long-time resident and advocate of Turner Station, Maxine has worked across both corporate and nonprofit sectors in management roles that centered on financial planning, community outreach, and operational leadership.

She leads efforts to ensure program sustainability by strengthening budgeting practices, securing public and private partnerships, and helping raise vital funds that power MRAF’s most urgent initiatives—from food access and environmental justice to economic mobility and youth engagement.
